The Medicine Waters Conservancy's vision is to ensure the preservation of lands throughout the Pine Barrens of NJ, especially those areas used and loved by Grandfather, Tom Brown, Jr. and the thousands of Tracker School students who have learned and grown so much there. The Conservancy focuses not only on preservation of these lands but in restoring a healthy ecosystem, repairing damage that has taken place through human misuse and preventing future misuse.

Pine Barrens Campaign
The Medicine Waters has kicked off a three million dollar capital campaign taking place throughout 2008. Approximately 70 volunteers are working to raise the funds necessary to negotiate for our target projects in the Pines. Volunteers will be contacting Tracker School students and local Ocean County residents as well as pursuing corporate and foundation funding.

A printable brochure is available. Donations of any size are sincerely appreciated. We will take pledges over five years and hope many will consider sponsoring an acre for $4,000.
